Before I go I figured that I would post a WIP to prove that I really am using my self-appointed time off for the sake of productivity.
Wow I haven't painted in forever. And you can't tell, but zoomed out, this picture is like freaking RAINBOW BRIGHT. I think I might need to put a warning label on the finished product, because the colors are going to be just THAT eye-seering. >___> Picture is a commission for ~xjolanta |

So in Painter, artist's Oils brushes. But I don't know if you have that program.
For photoshop, though, this set by Yumedust is really good for painting. [link]
